1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

3. How to Start a Return
To begin your return, follow these steps:

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your Cleviro CalmGlow product arrives damaged or defective:

Include clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
We aim to resolve all issues quickly and fairly.
5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

8. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once your order is in transit, it cannot be modified or canceled.
